Infant Room #1 News
Happy Easter! Wishing all our Infant Room families an amazing Easter filled with excitement. As you know Story Book ELC will be closed both Good Friday (April 15th) and Easter Monday (April 18th).
The weather has been so beautiful some days and we have been able to enjoy our walks with the infants. The babies have been noticing the early signs of Spring such as flower buds, robins, and squirrels. We have also been seeing more dogs while we have been out on our walks, this is always exciting for us. Some of our older infants have been able to get out in the yard to play with the balls and lawnmowers.
Inside we have been doing a lot of stacking and building, as well as filling and dumping. Many of the babies have been enjoying playing peek-a-boo using a variety of objects to hide behind; for example, the chair, blankets, the tunnel, and their own hands.
We participated in Hats on for Health Care last month and for a donation the children were able to wear a hat for the day. We were able to raise $230.00 to support Windsor Regional Hospital’s Mental Health program.
Infant Room #2 News
We are so excited to open a new Infant room! March was a busy month arranging our new room and welcoming new friends. The new babies have transitioned well. We love being part of the start of your little one’s educational journey!
Thank you for participating in “Hats on for Healthcare.” We raised $230.00 for a great cause.
We have been enjoying some beautiful weather. The babies love our outdoor time and going for walks in the triple stroller.
You can send any questions, updates, time off etc. through the Remind app. We try to send pictures during the day. Just know some days get quite busy and the time gets away from us.
