Infant Room #1
We would like to welcome all our new families into our room. We have been spending lots of time getting to know your little ones. The teachers in your child’s room are Ms. Lindsay, Ms. Kennin, Ms. Celene, and Ms. Alyssa.
Fall is here and we are so excited to begin learning about all of the things that this season has in store. Halloween, Thanksgiving, and fall animals will be just a few of the things we will be talking about this month. Our stroller rides will give us the opportunity to see the leaves changing colours.
With the weather getting cooler, please be sure to send your little ones with warmer clothing for outside time and walks. Please make sure to label your child’s items so they do not get lost.
We will be celebrating Halloween on Tuesday, October 31st by wearing orange and black to school.
Infant Room #2
The beautiful and exciting month of Fall, Thanksgiving, and Halloween is upon us. We look forward to exploring all that this month has to offer with the babies. Through crafts, songs, and our stroller walks/outdoor play we will learn about pumpkins, the changing colours of leaves, and will be on the lookout for squirrels preparing for winter.
The babies have been really enjoying outside time. As the weather will be turning cooler, just a reminder to send a jacket and shoes so we can continue our learning outdoors. Labelling all outdoor clothing helps prevent items from getting lost or misplaced.
We noticed our babies have an interest in making music right now. Musical instruments, music toys, and even more singing will be included in our daily activities this month. We will also be introducing different varieties of music in the classroom during playtime, mealtimes, and quiet time. We are excited to see the babies’ reactions to the different songs and sounds.
