March 2026
We can’t believe it’s March already! The month of February was filled with hearts, love, and talk about families. The infants really enjoyed using bingo dabbers, markers, and paint to create Valentine’s Day artwork for their loved ones. We also hope that everyone enjoyed Family Day.
Spring is right around the corner and will be here before we know it. March break (March 16th-20th) is also approaching quickly, please let us know if there will be any changes to your child’s schedule. We will continue to try to get outside in the yard and on our walks as much as possible. Please continue to send weather appropriate clothing for outside time. We are really looking forward to the spring-like weather!
The infants have been really showing an interest in farm animals and the noises they make. We have added books about farm animals, as well as farm animal toys to our shelves. We will also be singing songs about farm animals and adding pictures to our sight board at the infants’ eye level.
We will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th by wearing green. Just a reminder that we are also closed April 3rd for Good Friday and April 6th for Easter Monday. We hope that you enjoy the holiday with your families!
Infant Room #2 News
March 2026
March is here, and we are hoping that the beautiful weather from February is going to continue to stay warm for us. We are more than ready for some warmth and sunshine as we are excited to get outside as much as we can. Our older infants are waiting to use the yard and experience the slide, cars, bikes and so much more!
Last month, we were able to focus on all things Winter and celebrate our friends with Valentine’s crafts and dancing. We also received our very own gold medals, which we worked extremely hard on. Any future Olympians?? 😊
For the month of March, we are planning on learning about Spring and of course St. Paddy’s Day with a “green” sort of day sprinkled with gold of course. This will also give us an opportunity to learn about colours and the rainbow.
