July 2026
Summer is officially here and so is an end to another school year! The next two months are sure to fly by. We are looking forward to everything summer has to offer.
The toddlers have been having fun learning all about the ocean and the animals that live in it. The sandbox outside, as well as water play has also been some of their favourite activities this month. Please make sure to send extra clothes with your child as our plan is to enjoy water play as much as possible over the summer months.
We go out twice a day, although we do apply sunscreen, the sun is very hot. We ask that you send or leave a sun hat in your child cubby. Please ensure it is labelled; we would hate to have any mix ups.
Thank you for letting us know the days/weeks you plan to be away. For those with vacation plans we hope you have a wonderful trip making lots of memories. Please also update us if there are any changes to your plans.
Reminder that we are closed Monday, August 3rd for the Civic Holiday. Enjoy!

Summer is here! As we mark the end of another ‘school year’. The next two months are sure to fly by. The sandbox and water play are just a few of the favourite activities our toddlers enjoy during this time. We are looking forward to everything that this summer has to offer these little ones.
Last month, we learned all about bugs, birds, and other signs of spring. We also talked about Father’s Day; the toddler’s loved talking about their dads!
This month we’ll be exploring the beach, oceans and ocean animals! We can’t wait to see what captures the children’s curiosity and where their imaginations take us throughout this fun theme.
Thank you for continuing to let us know about any vacations or time away this summer. Whether you’re travelling or enjoying time close to home, we hope you have a wonderful summer filled with special moments and lasting memories.
