Toddler Room #1
Welcome July! We have been enjoying the beautiful weather. The past month we have talked about colours and Father’s Day. Circle time, small groups, and outdoor times have all been timed when we have discussed the colours around us.
We plan on learning more about summer activities that we can do in the warm summer sun. We are outside for quite some time, if you could send a sun hat labelled with your child’s name, please.
Reminder we will be closed Monday, August 1st for the Civic holiday. Have a safe and happy holiday.
Toddler Room #2
Here in Toddler Room 2, we have had so much fun talking about Robin and her babies. We extended our learning and started learning more about animals and their babies. Circle time, small group and outside times are just some of the times we have talked and learned about baby animals. During small group, the children rescued animals by peeling tape off the table.
The children also enjoyed talking and celebrating their Dad’s and Grandpa’s. The children enjoyed making their gifts and were so excited to give them to their loved ones for Father’s Day.
With the hot weather we have experienced and will be experiencing, we plan talking about the warm summer and all the activities we can do in the summer.
