February was a fun month for Toddler #2!
The topics for the month were Valentines Day, transportation and continuing to learn the names of each colour. The toddlers have also been developing their gross motor skills by balancing on beams, jumping on a mini trampoline, and going down slides.
The toddlers have been starting to show a new interest in animals and learning the names and sounds they make. As we move into March, we will be extending that interest of farm and zoo animals as well as St. Patrick’s Day! We have recently moved a few of our toddlers to our preschool # 1 room and are welcoming a few new friends from the infant room.
Reminder: March Break is the week of March 14th-18th, please let us know if there are any changes to your child’s schedule for this week.
Also, we are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th by wearing green.
