March is here already and along with March comes spring break for many. If there are any changes to your child’s schedule for the March break, please let the staff know. For anyone with special plans for the break, we would like to wish you a fun and safe time.
The children in our room have been talking a lot about the different colours and shapes. We introduced the children to some shapes that they have seen in their environment but didn’t know the names of such as octagons (stop signs) crescents, (moon) oval, (eggs) etc. We also experimented by mixing different colours to see what new colours they would create, sorted objects by colour and talked about our favourite colours.
Reminder: Story Book E.L.C will be closed on Friday March 30th and Monday April 2nd for Easter. Enjoy the holiday!
