Infant Room #1

Fall is here, along with an exciting month. We look forward to learning about Thanksgiving, Halloween and all the wonderful signs of fall. Through books, songs and our stroller walks we will learn about pumpkins, watch leaves turn colour and be on the lookout for squirrels preparing for winter.

As the weather turns cooler, just a reminder to send warmer jackets and footwear for our walks and outdoor play. Please label all items to ensure they don’t get lost.

The children have been very interested in caring for the baby dolls. They have been pretending to feed them, patting their backs, putting them to bed and giving lots of hugs and kisses.

Just a reminder we will be closed on Monday, October 10th for Thanksgiving. We wish everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

We will be celebrating Halloween on Monday, October 31st by wearing orange and black.

Save the date: Open House Thursday October 27th, more details to follow!

Infant Room #2

Welcome Fall! We have been busy this past month welcoming new friends. We have spent a lot of time with familiar songs. We’re getting to know your babies and they’re getting used to our daily routines.

Friday September 30th, we wore orange as we acknowledged the Indigenous community and supported that every child matters.

We are looking forward to including Fall, Thanksgiving and Halloween into our daily curriculum. We will also celebrate Halloween by wearing orange and black on Monday October 31st.

With the cooler weather arriving please remember to send your little one with a warmer jacket and a hat for outside time.

Reminder: we will be closed Monday October 10th for Thanksgiving. We would like to wish all our families a wonderful weekend.
