The children enjoyed cheering for Canada last month during the Olympics. We graphed medals and participated in many race and relay events outdoors. It was amazing to see how interested and knowledgeable the children were about the Olympic events. We are proud Canadians!

We had a blast during March break talking about mythical creatures, pets and science. We conducted an experiment that caused a volcano to erupt, what scientists in the making we have. We also celebrated St. Patrick’s Day by wearing green and white and by making green pancakes for morning snack.

Our focus for this month will be Spring. April is the month of fresh warmer air and new growth. We can’t believe how the children have grown since September. We are looking forward to hopscotch, blowing bubbles and making chalk drawings on the sidewalk. Hurry Summer!
