It’s hard to believe we’re already in the second month of 2022! Although the weather has prevented us from getting the babies outside as much as we would like, we have all enjoyed watching the snow fall from our large classroom windows.
Hopefully February will provide us with more snow so we can bring some inside to allow the babies to explore it with their senses. We will use words like cold, wet, and snow to help build their vocabulary.
This month will also give us the chance to try some new activities. Naming colours and shapes as we make crafts and read books focused on Valentine’s Day.
Reminder: Please wear red and pink on Monday, February 14th to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Also, we will be closed Monday, February 21st for Family Day.
